Effective date: July 26, 2024

Purpose of this policy

Gamma maintains this policy to keep the platform safe, collaborative, and usable for all customers. It applies to content you upload, generate, share, or distribute through Gamma services, including content assisted by AI features.

Your responsibility for content

You remain responsible for everything published through your account. Even when Gamma AI helps draft or transform materials, you must review the final output and make sure it is lawful, accurate, appropriate, and safe to distribute.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Gamma to publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, invasive, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content. You also may not use the service to violate another person’s privacy, rights, or security.

Intellectual property and personal rights

Only upload or reuse content when you have the right to do so. Materials that infringe copyright, trademark, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other protected rights are not allowed.

Enforcement

Gamma may review content, apply additional scrutiny in sensitive categories, remove violating materials, suspend access, or take other enforcement actions when needed to protect the platform and other users.
